Development and planning at the highest level
Even as early as the design phase, many questions of detail arise which will later have a decisive influence on the overall performance of the ship. We create different solutions for you which can be directly compared with one another in the design phase. This helps you to decide on the option which is best suited for your business operation.
State-of-the-art software tools are used to support this process as well as close project networking with the design department. In this way we can swiftly and competently create solutions with a very high degree of detail.

In order to prevent unwanted surprises on either side later during the ship construction phase, we place great value on creating detailed and clearly defined construction specifications. This ‘central blueprint’ is, for both us and you, the joint basis for the building of your ship – just another part of our business philosophy: partnership transparency down to the very last detail.

With some contracts, you never see the adviser again after the signing. Regardless of the business sector. That’s not the case with us. We are by your side all the time, throughout every phase of this co-operative effort and particularly during the construction phase. We are also by your side as you anxiously watch your newbuilding grow. And we are by your side, to work together on a solution, if the parameters should change during this time or if we have to adapt the newbuilding to meet your tastes.
We are there for you, and flexible, and we will gladly carry out new requests for you. For example we increased the freight carrying capacity of one newbuilding for her owner by about 30 percent just three months before completion. How did we do that? We ‘simply’ added another freight deck to the ship.
